Your choice of cubic zirconia stud (4, 5 or 7mm cubic zirconia set in raw brass with a stainless steel post) or earhook: gold tone, stainless steel, sterling silver, 14K gold fill, or niobium. All are 100% lead free & considered nickel free by jewelry industry standards, but if you have extreme nickel sensitivity or allergy, then niobium is your best bet.
