Stabilio, formerly knows as CD wicks respectively, the Stabilio wicks are coreless, non-directional, flat braided wicks with a special paper filament woven around them. This configuration is engineered to promote maximum & consistent capillary action while ensuring a wick trimming flame posture. The Stabilio series is used in many different applications & is especially compatible with the harder to melt viscous vegetable-based waxes. Our CD wicks are primed in a high melt point natural wax, are pre-cut to 6" lengths, & are tabbed using a 20mm round wick tab with a 6mm neck. Note: We recommend testing new wick sizes when making any modifications to existing candle recipes or making new candles. Burning characteristics can be altered by changes in wax, fragrance oil, dye, and/or additives, which could result in a different optimal wick size for the same diameter candle. Waxes with lower coconut wax or paraffin wax content will require larger wicks than suggested above. Waxes with a higher soy content will also need larger wicks. Made in the USA.
