Handmade art pendant necklace featuring the inspirational quote "A bird doesn't sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song." (Maya Angelou). Maya Angelou (April 4, 1928 - May 28, 2014), was an American author, poet, & civil rights activist. This art glass pendant has been carefully handcrafted by us in our home studios in Sweden. The art print is covered with a clear glass domed cabochon which enhances the image, then set in a high quality metal setting. The pendant measures 36x28mm including bail. Each necklace comes with a matching 60 cm chain with a lobster clasp. Please feel free to contact us if you would like the chain cut shorter/longer. All our art pendant necklaces are composed of lead- & nickel free metal & available in either silver or bronze finish. Please note that these pendants are not waterproof, so remove them before you go swimming or dancing in the rain ;-) Your necklace will arrive in a lovely organza bag ready for gift giving.
