Hydrated Lime used in the making of the natural indigo vat. Hydrated Lime is useful for numerous preparations. Hydrated lime is used for the preparation of indigo dye-bath with iron & indigo organic dye-bath, for instance with fructose syrup (e.g. 1-2-3 organic dye-bath according to Michel Garcia's recipes). Dipping your fabrics into lime water before dyeing with indigo will also enhance the shades. Buyer responsible for import/export rules to their country. Know your laws!
