Fabric Details-Silk Crepe de Chine - 100% Silk - 14mm, 16mm available. Please choose in ''type" for 14mm or 16mm. 14mm is about 60g per square meter. It is suitable for lining or summer wear or thin scarves. 16mm is about 68g per square meter. It is medium thickness & mostly used for dress, scarves, pillowcases & so on. - 55'' wide(140cm) - You can dye the white ones with Acid Dyes. Some people use it for tie-dye. - We found that this shrinks around 5%, please note that. - Available in cut yardage. Color: Pale Purple We sell it by the Yard. Silk crepe de chine, or silk CDC, silk crepe fabric, a generous crepe de chine with a lustrous but not with shiny surface as silk charmeuse fabric. This is a customary fabric for the garment industry & a good choice for those who do not want to iron, as it does not ends up in wrinkles. This is machine woven fabric of reeled & sophisticated silk, very even & standard. Certainly it is the most durable out of cultivated silks & dyes beautifully by giving lustrous colors.
