I can certainly engrave more than 28 characters, however the size of the text will become smaller as the number of characters increase. The color of the laser engraving is based on the composition of the paint & of the underlying metal casing of the pen & is shown in the examples depicted in the photo. Your purchase will typically be shipped within 2-3 days. Larger orders will require an extra day. To ensure quality control, each pen is tested prior to shipping.
