Sizing - We offer three different keychain styles as shown in the chart: semi-circle, oval, & circle The pendants (see chart) range from 20 mm to 27 mm. Adding a pendant ranges from $6 to $35 depending on if it is silver or gold. Brass 20 mm pendants are $6 extra: Silver 20 mm pendants are $14 extra: Silver 27 mm are $19: Gold 20 mm are $25: Gold 27 mm are $35 If you would like this to be engraved on both sides with another dog, it will be $15 extra. If you are interested in this just let us know in notes to seller what email we should send an invoice for the engraving fee Each pendant is cut, polished, & drilled by hand & is available in sterling silver, gold filled, or brass (brass is 20 mm only) Design styles - Please refer to chart for design element & font choice. Please ensure that the photo/s you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup or cat & best represent their ears' appearance & shape. One front facing photo per pet is recommended so we do not pick a photo to draw from that is not your favorite. We can draw any kind of animal, so if you have other animals you'd like to add, feel free to send the photo/s over! :) Also due to high demand, we have changed our policy on revisions. We now allow only one set of free revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision. Because of the way we draw these, any change to the drawing requires redrawing the dog or cat altogether & so revisions take time. If you need any changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided. These however are considered simple, free changes & not full design revisions: name change, font changes, design arrangement, or changes of the order of pets.
