I'm so glad you found my shop! I try to make styles available for everyone but as you may have noticed I navigate to Dark Academia, Cottagecore, Witchy, Goth vibes. You are viewing a tumbler created using a technique where ink is permanently transferred using high heat. There is no epoxy resin used. All tumblers can be used for hot or cold beverages, but I do caution you if you choose the glass variation, it is not as insulated as stainless steel & using extremely hot liquids could result in a burn. All tumblers are hand wash only with a soft sponge or cloth. I will accept returns & exchanges if the buyer pays shipping on non-personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned. If you select a personalization, please keep an eye out for an email with font options. I'll need a response to that email within 24 hours or I will select a font for you in order to get your order made & shipped on time. While I take great care to create each item in my shop by hand, occasionally a defect or flaw slips through my quality control.
