If you change your mind about an item you received you may return the item (in sealed original condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. You must contact us through Etsy messages to request a return authorization. We will respond with return instructions. Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. Packages that were shipped sealed & were opened by the buyer are not returnable.
