This is a custom We The People in a distressed American Flag 2nd Amendment vinyl car/truck window bumper sticker decal. .. Please choose your size & color from the drop down menu, custom sizes on request, please send a conversation to inquire about customs sizes & cost. It is designed to go on the outside of the surface you are putting it on & can be made to go on the inside on request. The pictures show the decal in white, if you are putting it on a vehicle window a light color works best as the darker colors do not show up very well on vehicle windows. Whatever color you choose the white part shown in the pictures will be that color. The default color is white, if no color is specified the sticker will be sent in white. Can be applied to any smooth surface This is a DIE CUT decal so there is NO background, the surface the decal is applied to will be the background Made of high quality 5~7 year vinyl, the NEON colors will start to fade in about 6 months when applied outside in the weather. Picture is for reference to show how the sticker will look on a vehicle rear window & may not be to scale. This is an adhesive decal & not a cling, once applied it can not be removed & reused. Easy to apply instructions included. HOW TO EASILY APPLY YOUR DECAL IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO WORK SLOWLY STEP 1: Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or water. Do not use Windex, Glass Cleaner or similar products because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the decal from adhering well or at all. STEP 2: Prepare the decal for application by firmly rubbing a squeegee or credit card across the clear transfer tape, turn the decal over & do the same on the paper side . This removes any air bubbles that may have formed & makes the decal cling to the clear transfer tape. STEP 3: Peel the white backing paper off the back of the decal, stop if parts of the decal clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing & repeat STEP 2 STEP 4: Hold the decal by the edges of the clear transfer tape & form a "U" then slowly lower the decal onto the recently cleaned surface starting from the center & working on one side of the decal using a squeegee or credit card rub from the center out towards the edge while holding the other side of the decal away from the surface, repeat the procedure for the other side of the decal. Note: If the surface is still damp or too cold the decal will not apply or will partially apply, then rub it in place firmly with a credit card or squeegee. For best results, if cold wait 24 hours before moving to the next step. STEP 5: Start at one corner edge of the decal & slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at a sharp angle (folding the tape back on itself works well). Be careful not to pull any pieces of the decal off the surface, if any part of the decal is staying on the tape lower it back down & rub with your finger or a squeegee/credit card & try again Use a pin to poke any air bubbles in the center & push the air out through the
