I think it is so important to teach our children from an early age that there is only 1 of us in the whole entire world & that there were no mistakes in our creation. Everything about us is special & so unique. We should never be ashamed or hide who we truly are. I think this first starts with us as parents or role models to live & believe this ourselves & show our little ones what self-love & self-admiration is (something I am working on now, it's never too late). I created these affirmations with me as a young child in mind, the things I wish I would have grown up thinking about myself.
