Daring us to imagine the timeless predators that glide through the darkness unknown, & the ages lost to memory, when our planet was ruled by monsters. They feel like a mythic artifacts. This is one of our rarest fossil reliquary designs. It is a larger piece, though the openwork design & elegant, symmetrical form keep it from being overwhelming, & they lay comfortably against the body.
