This cake is soft & tender, with the sweetness from the carrots & brown sugar, & just the right amount of warmth from the cinnamon & nutmeg. The smooth & tangy cream cheese icing sends it over the top. 1 9x5 loaf. Shipped frozen & uncut to maintain freshness. Carrot color design by request only (please include in Notes). This cake does not contain nuts, raisins, or any other add-ins. Only carrots. You can keep this cake refrigerated for up to 5 days. You can also freeze it by wrapping in plastic wrap, then in aluminium foil & placed into a freezer bag. Carrot Cake
