The spine is 1 1/2 inch. Sizes are approximate as these are hand-cast & may vary slightly. There are holes on each side for mounting. The holes will vary in placement as these are hand-cast. No hardware provided. You can use any type of standard screw suitable for the surface you are installing to. Wood screws are the most common ones used. The three-dimensional design is the same on both sides. These have a baked-on powder finish that inhibits rust. If using outdoors, we recommend applying a Rustoleum type of spray paint sealer.
