Handmade & naturally dyed silk velvet ribbon with a hand torn frayed edge. Option with or without a handmade wooden spool. Distant Drums Rose is a mid, muted pink. Silk-rayon blend velvet ribbon with a crushed look & the same raw, eyelash edge as my other silk ribbons. Totally luxurious & a perfect final touch for any bouquet or special gift wrap. Perfect for elopement photography details. 100% natural & hand dyed by me, in my studio using natural, botanical dyes. These processes - sometimes taking many days to achieve - lend a beautiful, layered glow to the ribbon. The 2" ribbon is carefully torn & frayed by hand, then pressed to leave a pretty, delicate raw edge. This ribbon is available in 1 & 3 yard seamless lengths. Nettle + Silk's products are colour-fast & can be washed by hand using gentle soap if needed. All of my ribbons are sent on hand made wooden spools, perfect for styled shoots & keepsakes, unless selected without a spool.
