(follow me on Instagram for behind the scenes nursery pictures & videos @freshfromthegreenhouse) No two pots are the same & no two crops are the same, I will do my best to pack & ship the best representation of the plant pictured that i can. I do update photos frequently but i cant control if a crop sells out & I have to pack from the next crop. Shades, shapes & sizes can vary. Shipping Orders are packed fresh from the greenhouse, please allow 3-5 days for processing Orders shipping to cold areas (below 40) should purchase a heat pack. (orders are shipped from Florida, we have very few days a year that a heat pack would be needed, please watch your weather before ordering) Refund If you're unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact me, with photo proof, within the first 2 days of delivery & We will handle the situation accordingly. I believe in only selling quality plants with honest expectations. If I believe a item will not reach a customers expectation, I will cancel the order or offer a rain check, I will not ship a plant I can not stand behind. My plants are as pictured, with soil in a pot that it is happy to stay in until it has acclimated to its new home.
