Finally, I have found a bit of time to introduce a new line of stereo & record player consoles that I have been thinking about for over a year. Having grown up in the 70's I have some great memories of LP records & I think it's superb how they continue to stand the test of time! This compact design is particularly versatile. Specify one shelf for maximum album storage capacity or two shelves if you have fewer albums and/or need room for more stereo gear. As with all my items, construction is 100% solid hardwood. Never any plywood, MDF, particleboard or veneer, nor any low-grade softwoods like pine or poplar. My items always feature the kind of high quality materials & workmanship you can bring into your home with pride. Pictures in this listing show solid white oak. I personally select every board to be used, choosing only those with the richest color & most interesting grain. Never any open knots on the top or sides. Hardwoods of this caliber represents the top 10% of available material. Finish is multiple coats of hand rubbed oil & beeswax for a silky, natural look & feel. No heavy, plasticized coatings here. Standard dimensions are 17" deep, 22" wide & 32" tall. Space inside the box is 20.5" excluding thickness of the adjustable shelves. Shelf (or shelves if you order a second one) are adjustable up & down in roughly 1" increments. There is no back panel, this console is equally pretty all the way around. Custom sizes are no problem, just contact me with your measurements for a prompt quote. Made to order in about 8 weeks. Color & grain in my photos show typical examples but may vary to some extent as with any real wood item. Ships via UPS Ground in a sturdy plywood crate. Legs removed for shipping.
