This fabric is 36 inches wide & is sold by the yard. It weighs approximately 10 ounces per yard. It was hand woven on a traditional foot loom in the highlands of Guatemala. The weaving tradition has been handed down through the generations in the Mayan villages. The fabric is the result of about a month of work. Incredible, isn't it? I'd say this fabric would make a great bag, table runner, or baby wrap. It could also be used for a jacket. Please remember that the colors you see on your monitor might not match the fabric exactly. I try as hard as I can to get the colors accurate, but sometimes they are a little different.
