Digitally printed single sided flat A2 (5.5x4.25) card with envelope. Printed on #120 eggshell finish card stock or premium #118 tree-free 100% cotton paper & matching square-flap envelopes. Return address can be added to the envelopes. When placing an order, please be sure to include all details (including ink color, font, name, & return address) in the text box above "add to cart". Processing time after the first proof being sent largely depends on the customer. Your order includes 3 rounds of complementary proofs. Each round of proofs can take up to 1 business day, so the more edits you make, the later your items will ship. Customer is responsible for responding to proofs in a timely manner. SHIPPING Items will be shipped directly from my printer via Fedex Ground. Lottie Lou Stationery is not responsible for non-deliverable packages or incorrect shipping addresses. REFUNDS/RETURNS Custom orders are nonrefundable & nonreturnable. If items become damaged during shipment, let me know ASAP so I can contact the printer. If your items do not match the final proof, let me know within 24 hours & I will reprint the affected items free of charge, with the original shipping method, unless you'd like to pay for upgraded shipping. Customer is responsible for any rush fees. Customer is responsible for accuracy of final proof. I will attempt to call out any errors & let you know if it seems like any details have been left out, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility.
