AVERAGE WOMEN'S CUFF is 6-inches from end to end with a 1-inch gap for sliding on & off your wrist. MEN'S SMALL is 6.5-inches from end to end with a 1-1.5 inch gap for sliding on & off your wrist. MEN'S AVERAGE is 7-inches from end to end with a 1-1.5 inch gap for sliding on & off your wrist. This cuff is slightly adjustable It is lightweight & very easy to wear. It is made with 100% pure aluminum & will not tarnish or cause reactions due to nickel allergies. I cannot create custom images. Your image choices can be seen in the product photos.
