1898 Arcade X Ray Coffee Mill Cast Iron & Wood Wall Mount Coffee Grinder. This great looking rustic antique wall mount coffee mill is from 1898 straight out of the old west & still functional. This grinder is hand cranked with beautiful designs in the cast iron parts with a place to hang a catch cup. Tung & groove construction on the wood box & an ornate swing cap made of cast iron on top to allow you to add the beans. Clear front to see the beans & four mounting holes on the bottom. This coffee grinder would have had a cast iron catch cup that hung from the bottom how ever those were the first thing to get lost & it is missing. I have seen reproduction ones for sale on line for about 30 dollars. There is also some missing wood around the plexiglass face, the original glass was missing & I replaced it with more forgiving plexiglass. There are also some other minor flaws as to be expected of a 123 year old unrestored coffee grinder.
