LISTING DESCRIPTION This listing is for 1 cookie bouquet that includes 4 pieces of tall tulip shaped cookies, estimated cookie size is 7" tall, freshly baked & 100% hand made, includes a "happy mothers day" tag. the bouquet is wrapped in some decorated food safe wax paper & it will go in a plastic clear bag heat sealed to keep cookies fresh. if you have a tulip color preference please let me know. COOKIE CARE The cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks when you keep them in their bags, DO NOT STORGE THEM INTHE REFRIGERATOR If you will be consuming at a larger date, the cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. To do so, leave them their heat sealed packaging & put them in an air-tight container prior to putting them in the freezer. Remove the container from the freezer allow it to come at room temperature (at least 3 hours) It is ExTREMELY important that you do not open the container until has reached room temperature, otherwise condensation can form & will ruin any decorative work on the cookies. FOOD ALLERGIES: Although an allergen may not be listed in our ingredients, please note that our cookies are made in a kitchen containing known food allergens, including, but not limited to: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, & tree nuts. SHOP POLICY Please specify the date of your party to have your cookies delivered just in time for your event. Items that have tags are not customizable. Please make sure you have the correct address to where is package is going I am unable to change that. Listings that included tags they're not customizable. I gladly accept cancellations when request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase. Since the cookies are perishable items, returns & exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware that the processing time is different for certain orders, if you need more than 3 dozens let me know before placing them due to the processing time is a little longer that way I may coordinate in a timely manner so your order gets to you on time. PACKAGING DETAILS I take great care in packaging my cookies to ensure that they will arrive intact. Cookies are individually bagged & heat sealed wrapped in bubble plastic then boxed. SHIPPING POLICY I ship using USPS Priority Mail (except Sunday & holidays). No refunds will be given for broken or damaged cookies.
