If you want a combination of colors as shown please tell me in notes. Comes with zip ties & eye hooks attached to the word & numbers for easy pool install! This is a custom item & therefore, not returnable!ALL SIZES ARE APPROxIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut. This item is made with high quality styrofoam. ALL of our styrofoam letters will. have "slices" in them so the cutter can go into the inside of the letter & back out. VERY IMPORTANT IF you are ordering your product less than four weeks prior to your event - we are absolutely not responsible for 1)late shipments & 2)shipments damaged in transit because there may not be enough time to get a replacement to you. You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track & if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office.
