This set by Trifari is named "Trade Winds" & It is made up of faux pearls & small rhinestone accents all glue set in a golden toned Trifanium. Advertisement Info: it actually appeared in 2 different advertisements that I know of. The first was the 1954 Trifari advertisement "Her favorite Santa gives her Jewels by Trifari." The second advertisement features this collection exclusively. Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this necklace was patent # 173,375 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Nov 2, 1954. Exquisite matching CROWN TRIFARI PAT PENDING polished Gold tone simulated Pearl matching Necklace Bracelet & clip Earrings set with clear rhinestones sprinkled throughout. All four pieces are in great condition with all faux pearls & rhinestones present. The gold tone finish is shiny & has some TINY SPECKLED on it here & there as pictured. Does NOT AFFECT QUALITY of item when worn. The beautiful vintage necklace by Trifari has a hook & tail fastener so the length can be adjusted to fit comfortably & is decorated with faux pearls & small clear chaton cut crystals. It's very elegant & is bound to be admired when worn!
