Located at millennium park, cloud gate is a liquid mercury-inspired sculpture created by Indian-born British artist Anish Kapoor. The 110-ton oblique art piece is made up of numerous highly polished stainless steel plates which reflect Chicago's renowned skyline. Cloud gate’s mirror-like surface draws in visitors every day, inviting them to touch the smooth figure and see their image reflected at them. Measuring 66-feet long by 33-feet high, this sculpture is the largest of its kind in the world and is a must-see when visiting the windy city.
