Upon arrival in the Trebbiano Modenese DOP vineyard, through a relaxing walk among the cherry trees, Marianna will be there to welcome you and accompany you to learn about the fantastic world of balsamic vinegar in different languages. You will end this sensorial experience knowing the real difference between a commercial balsamic vinegar and a D.O.P certified one. At the end of the visit we will offer you a Gourmet Tasting of our artisanal products combined with local Slow Food and Organic excellences.
