At the very heart of the vineyard plots, the winemaker will present his work throughout the seasons: the maintenance of the vineyard certainly, but also the dry stone walls that make up the terraces. He will show you around his cellar, reveal the secrets of his wines before taking you to the cellar to finish with the tasting!
