Today it is more like a town-museum, but it was important cultural center in the past centuries. Its defensive wall and towers, even though partially preserved, are still very impressive and worth of exploring.After the break in Počitelj, Mostar is the next stop.In Mostar you will feel as if you were in exotic Orient, but it is nothing strange when you consider that Mostar was under Turkish domination for centuries. It is also known as a place where East meets West. The experience of Mostar will not be complete without having some traditional meal in one of the local restaurants.The last stop on our tour will be the wonderful Kravica Waterfalls, the so-called ‘Oasis in the stone’,and is protected by the state as a natural rarity.
