There are a multitude of walking and ghost tours to choose from in San Antonio. Most of which are led by costumed guides, reciting scripts while herding 30 people like so many cattle through ubiquitous franchises. I offer an alternative. A boutique, historical bar centric lunch tour. My name is Emzy. I've been sharing my hometown with guests for over twenty years and I invite you to join me for lunch. We will meet at the word famous Alamo for a brief explanation of the battle then head to an award winning, locally owned bistro on the riverwalk for lunch before heading to the storied Menger Bar for a digestif at the same bar that Teddy and his Rough Riders imbibed. Drink in hand we will then explore the oldest hotel west of the Mississippi and discover it's many secrets including the history behind why it is reportedly the most haunted hotel in Texas. Food and drink not included.
