I got my undergraduate degree in psychology from Coastal Carolina University. During my last semester, I started working in the disabilities office. After I graduated, I started to sub in different classrooms and also started offering tutoring. That’s when I knew I had found my niche. I decided to go back to school for special education but also had to find a program that allowed me to get my teaching certificate.
