I am Dr. Chandra P. I am an Emeritus Professor of Civil and Environmental and Environmental Engineering at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). I taught at CSUF for more than 40 years. I taught various subjects in Engineering and Mathematics. I am supposed to be a great teacher as evidenced by my getting the prestigious campus-wide Outstanding Professor award at California State University, Fullerton in May 2007. It is the first time that an Engineering Professor got this award
