After tutoring for a year recently, I have a found it to be very fulfilling and enjoyable. Learning about students and how they learn is an important thing in teaching, and I believe creating a space to where a student can grow intellectually is extremely important. I believe that I have been able to create this environment of growing for all of my students in the past.
