I am a firm believer that fitness can and should be a fun, enjoyable lifestyle and I love teaching others how to make this a reality. Originally from Africa, I grew up playing Soccer, Ping Pong, Tennis, cycling and sprinting just to name some activities. I was fit and I have maintained a fitness lifestyle all my life. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Film Production. My fitness certification is through NASM. I am well-rounded and have a lot of interests.
