I spent approximately years as a Medicinal Chemist at Eli Lilly and Company, where I worked on a number of molecules that reached the market (Zyprexa, Cymbalta, Cialis,..)etc. I have published over 70 peer reviewed journal articles and have 14 patents. Most importantly, I have raised four children; one is a lawyer in health care, one is a pediatrician, two are in medical school. I believe that any child who has the desire an be successful. They just have to find the belief in their abilities
