I was born and raised in Belarus and began learning English at age 6. After high school I got accepted in the top linguistic university in the whole former USSR. My tutoring “career” started back then. I was working mostly with grade school students helping them improve their grades. At age of 21 I immigrated to the U.S. by myself leaving my family behind.
