I earned my BA in Neuroscience from Claremont McKenna College in 2009, followed by my PhD Neuroscience from UCLA in 2016. Throughout college, I tutored high school and middle school students to earn money. In graduate school I taught interdisciplinary classes for freshmen for 5 years as well as mentored undergraduate student researchers.
