I have, for decades, had a passion for teaching people of all ages and backgrounds in a number of different disciplines including, but not limited to, voice, speech and public speaking. Based on my experience I feel that it is of the utmost importance that the teacher/student relationship be one where the student feels relaxed, safe and supported. Beyond one's ability to teach whatever the discipline is, being able to communicate and be effective can happen best when the dynamic is mutually open
