I started crocheting at the age of 19. My grandmother taught me how to hold the hook and a basic stitch..I picked it back up 3 years ago. I have taught myself how to make my edging straight, different stitches, working in the round, changing colors, baby clothes, hats, blankets, scarfs, bags, purses, towels and much more. I can knit too. I have taught myself by making mistakes, starting over and repeat.
