Hello and welcome to the course. My name is Anna Grancharoff, and I am a highly qualified ESL teacher with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's degree in Education (TESL). The section also includes lessons on you help you prepare for job interviews. Finally, you will learn how to write professional business letters and e-mails with correct formatting and punctuation.
