Provides a useful basic introductory course to define change, what models and approaches are available and what needs to be considered when approaching this discipline. Definitions are really important as people are often confused by terminology - a universal understanding ensures the journey you take is without confusion or debate. This course is to start your journey to becoming an expert, participating in change, developing your skills with people. There are unique concepts added to simply explain how change management operates in an organization. The first unique concept is the 'Circle Fits the Square', then later we discuss the 'Y' Change Curve to provide more detail on the journey required to develop a change management approach. As the student you can listen and learn - without any test or assessment. Its more important to learn and apply - in terms of discussion at work or with your colleagues. Your instructor has carried out many change programs, transformation programs and initiatives for clients and has developed a course which is simple and structured to allow anyone to further research the topics covered.
