Use this opportunity, even if you are just a beginner, to learn and become a software project manager. Get to know the essential steps that would eventually bring you the outcome of organizing and managing a software project from the beginning until its end. If you want to become a software project manager (despite the title), you are NOT required to have any knowledge or experience in the software field. We will cover 4 basic fundamental stages that should be used for each given project, regardless of project difficulty. Using those stages will make you see the light at the end of the tunnel: 1. Preparation stage2. Planning stage,3. Pre Development stage 4. Execute & Ship for Development stage. We will use those stages in an example project in order to get the real feel of how projects should be handled. This entire field might be new and challenging, which is a good thing because, in the end, the results are VERY Satisfying. This course was designed to establish your first experience by building a project on your own. So along the way, my advice is to Be Active - ask questions, doubt everything, and suggest your own ideas. I will be actively reviewing your exercises along the way, so you can improve in each step we will take. This way you will gain more knowledge, and self-confidence in taking action or making a decision and earn simple guideline tools in order to start your new job or improve your management skills in your current position.
