I will show some selected and proven methods from different fields. You will learn step by step the backgrounds and usage. Have you ever questioned yourself or if it is really the right thing for you? We will check what's important for you, how to prioritize goals and evaluate your actions. In addition, you will get some helpful materials. We will also talk about obstacles and how to overcome them. At the end, I reveal some of my own personal tips & tricks.
