Welcome to 30 days of Bliss!30 Days of Bliss is a simple, effective and relatable course with methods that has been scientifically proven to increase gratitude, happiness and positivity in your daily life. For the next 30 days, you will be provided with short weekly videos discussing a theme along with easy daily action tasks. I will provide you with the ideas, the reasons and the science that supports why each of the actions improves your mental health. All that is asked of you is to have open mind to try something new. In a world full of increasing concerns about increasing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and general unease, lets refocus on the positive that life gives us. It is my hope you will make the commitment to yourself and begin to notice the ripple effects that these simple , effective methods produce.
