We will be going through all the steps involved in creating a complete application in ServiceNow. We will also discuss the concept of data-driven workflow and employ this approach in our application. Also discussed in this video course are topics such as - creating tables, designing forms, UI actions, UI Policies, List control, Process flow formatter, Business and Client scripts, User Administration, Application menu creation, creating workflow. We will also discuss about Testing an application in ServiceNow and finally update sets for installing ServiceNow. An Update set is included as part of this course so users who want to install the application in their ServiceNow instance can do so. Steps needed to install the application using Update set is also provided.
