Description

This course is all about learning various cloud networking options available on Microsoft AZURE cloud platform. You will be learning all of the networking tools and services available on Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform. When you are putting your critical assets on cloud, specially if you are managing or creating a cloud infrastructure that spans over hybrid cloud model, you are expected to be comfortable with these Network options on Azure. You can integrate these network services with any resource you have on the cloud. Be it Firewall or Virtual network, you can also create a security group policy with NSG. All of these services works perfect with both Azure CLI (command line interface) and with Azure dashboard. In this course you will be learning following networking services-What is DNS?It is a hosting service for DNS domains that provides name resolution by using Microsoft Azure infrastructure. What is Firewall? It is a managed, cloud-based network security service that protects your Azure Virtual Network resources. It's a fully stateful firewall as a service with built-in high availability and unrestricted cloud scalability. What is Traffic Manager? It is a DNS-based traffic load balancer that enables you to distribute traffic optimally to services across global Azure regions, while providing high availability and responsiveness. What is ExpressRoute? It is a service that enables you to create private connections between Azure datacenters and infrastructure that's on your premises or in a colocation environment. What is Virtual WAN?It allows customers to connect branches to each other and Azure, centralizing their network and security needs with virtual appliances such as firewalls and Azure network and security services. What is Azure Vnet (Virtual Network)? It is a representation of your own network in the cloud. It is a logical isolation of the Azure cloud dedicated to your subscription. When you create a Vnet, your services and VMs within your Vnet can communicate directly and securely with each other in the cloud. What is NSG ( Network Security Group)? It contains security rules that allow or deny inbound network traffic to, or outbound network traffic from, several types of Azure resources. For each rule, you can specify source and destination, port, and protocol.
