PgMP is considered to be one of the hardest examinations in the project & program management world. If you're considering applying for it and taking for exam that's good for you - it means that you have a good chance to join the elite club of couple thousands people worldwide who made it that far. But before you reach your goal, you must pass the application process and the exam itself. Unfortunately, lack of consistency, openness for interpretation and little resources is what makes PgMP difficult - I hope to change that for you. The aim of this course is to save your time and money, by sharing lessons learned and best practices on how to prepare for the exam and by telling you what you can expect there. If you're just starting, then very quickly you will realize that most of the courses are outdated, conflicting with PMI materials or just wrong/providing little value. If you go through this course first - you will know exactly what to do and have clear expectations where to invest your resources. The course has been divided into chapters, where I will speak generally on what you can expect in the exam, answer most common questions and point out the key areas where you need to focus to achieve success. In this course you will NOT find:- reading through the standard/book - if you have came so far in your professional career I have faith you're capable of reading on your own- theoretical discussions- answers to all your PgMP related questions - my goal is to show you the way, but you'll need to do your part and learn
