In this course, students will learn how to create effective and professional-looking presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint 2016. They will learn how to get started with PowerPoint 2016 and become familiar with the Ribbon, the interface, and various navigation options. Additionally, students will create a presentation and learn how to work with various features and commands to make it easier to work in PowerPoint. Students will also review presentation editing options, a number of different text formatting options, various graphic options and insertion methods, how to add, edit, and format tables and charts in a presentation, and various presentation preparation and delivery options.This course aligns with the CAP Body of Knowledge and should be approved for 5.75 recertification points under the Technology and Information Distribution content area.
