In this new and all original course, we discover Multi-Dimensional Mind Awareness through the use of over a dozen different Meditation techniques and practices. These guided meditations are carefully scripted to bring you into contact with the vastness and beautiful complexity of the mind. This course is structured into four main sections, each which contain a 30 minute and a 60 minute guided meditation. Body Inquiry: In this section we delve into the organs, the bones, flesh and skin. We discover the sensations, feelings and phenomena contained within the various parts of the body. Each part of the body has a connection to the mind, and feeling, which is a connection that becomes stronger and clearer as the guided meditation unfolds. Furthermore, we look into the exact experience of how non-physical phenomena (the mind) is related to the physical (the brain). Contemplation: This section leads with a number of questions that draw the listener into their own personal introspection. We address immediacy and the present moment, family relations, certain life events and many other components of one's personal identity and experience of reality. These contemplations span conative functioning, minds-eye imagery and sensations of the body. Releasing: Releasing is a foundational form of Meditation. In this section we take the time to not only release certain components of one's life, but also to look at the mechanics of attachment itself. To release something means to allow it to be free, to allow it to behave as it wants to naturally behave, which is all your mind and feelings want from life. MDMA: In this final section we inquire into both boundaries and origins. The sense of sensing is pushed to it's limit, until it goes beyond.
