Have you recently been asked to take a training course and put it online? Perhaps the current situation with COVID-19 has forced you think differently about how to reach learners? Knowing where to begin in developing an online course is often one of the most difficult parts of the project but it doesn't have to be. This is especially difficult if you are not a trained instructional designer. Good news! You don't have to be. Create an online course (sometimes referred to as e-learning) step-by-step along with me so that we have a great end product that people actually want to watch and learn from. Instructional Design jargon (big, fancy words) will be explained and defined along the way in addition to access to a storyboard and testing template. There is also a course testing checklist attached that you and your team can use when you are ready to check all of the functions of a course.
