Place pizza directly on center oven rack. Bake for 18 to 21 minutes. For a softer crust place on a cookie sheet and bake 23 to 26 minutes. For cooking two pizzas at the same time - place pizzas directly on separate oven racks and bake for 19 to 22 minutes. Pizza must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F for food safety and quality.
